Consultation

I increasingly look at ELT practice and policy through a critical pedagogy lens because to accept the way things are as a default erases the identities of many teachers and learners, while re-enforcing barriers to progress. My personal and professional experiences have led me to be particularly interested in the queer and racialised experience in ELT. I take my influence very seriously. I make mistakes; I acknowledge them; I modify. I aim to contribute meaningfully to our profession.

On a freelance level, I consult on and create ELT practice and policy on the principles that:
. representation matters
. everything and nothing is centred
. power requires distribution
